Our costing and nesting software programs are incorporated into our production where digitization of component provides optimum sheet yield and minimum wastage. To achieve the error less dimensions of products, Our Unit has incorporated Vision Measuring Machine and Profile Projector

At the Tool Room Department we are using CAD-CAM cutting and milling machines, which can accurately design, plot and produce the tools within +/- 0.05mm.

In addition to the computer software our manufacturing plant utilizes state-of-the-art press cutting machinery ranging from 5 Tonnes to 150 Tonnes capacity, Hydraulic Presses, Wire Knitting, Rubber Injection Molding, Rubber Kneaders, Rubber Mixing Mill, Spiral Wounding Machines and a dust free paint shop.
